My client is a leading manufacturer of vessels and pipework to the aviation industry with over 20 years of continuous growth culminating in over 16000 global customers and an annual turnover north of 10 million pounds. They are looking to bring onboard a skilled Chargehand bolster their team in Morecambe. The ideal candidate will come from a previous Supervisory background with experience Training and leading manufacturing teams products as well as strong Fabrication experience.
You will need to be based within a commutable distance of Morecambe for this role.
Chargehand Job Overview
- Supervising daily operations
- Leading a production team of circa 15 employees
- Collaborating with management on project planning and execution

Chargehand Job Requirements
- Strong previous Fabrication experience
- Previous experience leading production teams
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Based within a commutable distance of Morecambe
- Full driving licence
Chargehand Salary & Benefits
- Salary 32,000 - 38,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (42.5 hour's week)
- Overtime available
- 31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
