Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity with busy Production Kitchen
Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Moreton in Marsh area for a Chef to work in their high end production kitchen. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for restaurant, retail and wholesale using all fresh seasonal ingredients. The kitchen operates on a seven day basis and you will work 4 days a week on a rota basis. You will work typically a 10 - finish shift.
Due to location you will need transport. Live in can be provided off site but you will need to get to the venue each day.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing meals for restauarnt and retail
- Mature focus and outlook
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef wanting a new challenge
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a fresh food kitchen
- Good attention to detail
