Chef de Partie - Day Shifts Only - Straight Shifts - 40 hour week - Immediate Start

A great opportunity has arisen with our client's luxury health spa in the Cotswolds. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fresh food. You will prepare meals for customers using the spa during the day so no nigh shifts. Working hours are either or so straight shifts. Due to location you will need your own transport.

The Role

  • Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
  • Managing and ordering your own section
  • Working mixture of early shifts on rota basis

Experience

  • You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
  • Experience at with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment
  • Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
  • Career Focused
