Job Role: Head Chef
We are seeking a talented Head Chef to lead a dedicated kitchen team in delivering high-quality, branded dining experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins in a well-established restaurant that specializes in fresh pasta, wood-fired dishes, and exceptional service.
The Role
- Menu Style: Fully branded menu with fresh pasta and wood-fired oven specialties.
- Team Management: Oversee a brigade of 5 chefs.
- Operational Details:
- Restaurant capacity of 70 covers.
- Weekly turnover of £12,000.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
What They're Looking For
- Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role.
- Ability to manage a branded menu with confidence and consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and experience leading kitchen teams.
- Knowledge of back of house admin and health and safety procedures.
