We are seeking to fill a full-time position for Fire Risk Assessor Trainer & Assessor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality fire risk assessment training and supporting a variety of courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver training assignments in accordance with industry standards.
- Act as a tutor for designated groups, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
- Assess and mark learners' assessment activities, offering constructive feedback.
- Liaise with clients to tailor training courses to their specific needs.
- Conduct training at various venues, including client sites across the UK and remotely.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fire safety industry.
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments.
- Experience in delivering training sessions and engaging learners effectively.
- Level 4 diploma in fire risk assessment preferred; however, extensive experience may be considered.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of 40,000 - 45,000 depending on skills and experience.
- Car allowance of 3,600 per annum.

Additional Information:
- The role involves a mix of online and classroom training, with travel primarily to Moreton-in-Marsh and Marble Arch.
