Sales and Customer Service Administrator

We are exclusively supporting our Moreton based client in their search for their next team member,

This role is due to exciting growth the company are experiencing and exciting growth plans that are on the horizon.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong focus on customer service and sales support, ensuring efficient processing and handling of sales orders and customer queries.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle customer service and sales support activities.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer service queries efficiently.
  • Issue VAT receipts and manage financial transactions including taking payments and orders over the phone.
  • Provide timely updates on order dispatches and communicate with couriers regarding collections and delivery updates.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and respond to complaints or poor reviews to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by following up on quotations and chasing cash accounts for payments while taking deposits.
  • Complete supplier forms, import invoices to customer portals, and handle other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales administration role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in handling financial transactions and familiarity with sales order processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
