Receptionist/Trainee Sales Advisor
We are looking for a welcoming, confident individual to become a member of our small and friendly office team. Northcot Brick are an independent brick manufacturer, situated in Blockley and are a family-owned business who employs around 50 people producing a comprehensive range of bricks made on site.
Role Information
- To greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other inquiries
- Prepare, organise and maintain documents, records and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to include mail and deliveries
- To help and assist with Sales enquiries and supporting the Sales Team
Requirements
- Some experience in an administrative or support role desired but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment
- A knowledge of the system Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position based at Blockley, Nr Moreton Marsh so your own transport will be essential.
Office hours are 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri
