WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Leading the team, ensuring a seamless and successful acquisition.
- Overseeing daily operations and operational excellence
- Inspiring and building a strong, cohesive team that embodies a culture of high standards
- Managing financials, optimising revenue streams, and maintaining profitability
- Creating a standout destination venue that attracts both local patrons and visitors alike
- Recruitment and training
- Responsible for the overall management, P&L and compliance of the business.
YOUR DNA
- Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-end pub, restaurant, or boutique hotel environment
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- A proactive, hands-on approach, ready to lead from the front and drive excellence
- Commercially astute, with a sharp focus on revenue growth and cost management
- A passion for hospitality, fine food and beverages, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- P&L experience.
