My client is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join their team. This role involves supporting the team leader with various administrative and client-facing tasks, including handling queries, managing course bookings, and collaborating with the sales team to drive new business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of all awarding bodies.

Day-to-day of the role

    • Collaborate with the team leader and performance coach on employer conversations post-initial assessment to confirm all details.
    • Track and manage bookings on the tracking system.
    • Assist with enquires.
    • Manage and update database
  • Client Services:
    • Support incoming enquiries and collaborate with the sales team to bring in new business and update Salesforce accordingly.
    • Ensure all content on the website is accurate and up to date.
  • Other Duties:
    • Respond to email queries via the team email as required.
    • Some weekend work may be required, shared among the admin team, and limited to a few weekends a year.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
