Location- Moreton-in-Marsh
Job Type- Temporary for 3 months
Pay Rate- £13 per hour
Hours- Monday-Friday circa 8.30am-5pm
My Moreton-in-Marsh client are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator/ Archiving assistant to support the team in listing and maintaining the company’s records and archives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a key eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading information onto the company database
- Organise and maintain physical and digital records
- Inputting customer purchase history
- Tracking customer information on the company database
Experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and part of a team
- Previous experience in an administartion role is desirable.
- Ideally for an immediate candidate with admin experience or a University graduate with strong computer skills.
