Creativity and passion for great food using fresh produce is at the heart of what we do here at Barluga Morpeth, and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team aid in this.

Roles and responsibilities for the role:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Preparing a range of dishes using fresh produce.
- Assisting with the management of health and safety.
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
Skills needed for the role:
- Relevant cooking qualifications.
- Proven industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team focus.
