IT Infrastructure Engineer
Morpeth/Onsite
£30,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain IT systems infrastructure at the Morpeth site.
- Function as the level 3 escalation point for technical issues.
- Monitor service metrics and adjust processes for optimal performance.
- Support IT operations with technical assessments and design of infrastructure solutions.
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with corporate IT and vendors for complex technical solutions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in an IT infrastructure role.
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA are desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and VMWare.
- Familiarity with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco switches), SQL, and Veeam backup solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities.
