Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the site.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within a Windows-based environment.
- Assist in projects involving system upgrades and new technology deployments.
- Document technical procedures and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT teams for seamless workflow and best practice sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT technician role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
