- Collaborate with the Store Manager, Deputy Manager, and Retail Operations team to ensure smooth operations.
- Safeguard company assets, including cash, stock, equipment, and premises.
- Prioritise health and safety, following company policies to create a safe workplace for all.
?? Required Skills:
- Proven experience in retail, with a solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practises.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accurate stock levels and completing audits.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with product knowledge through training and seeking out additional information.
