Diary management and liaising with operatives and customers.
Arranging payments to clients as required.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and client appointments.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
