We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join my client on an ongoing temporary contract with an immediate start. You will be office based for 2 weeks of training and then have flexibility of remote working. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You must drive or be able to commute locally for this location as the office are based in Eurocentral, Motherwell. The hourly rate for this position is £12.02 per hour.

You must be available to start on Wednesday 25th September 2024.

On a day to day basis you will be supporting the team with tasks such as checking compliance of delivery locations, reviewing orders and identifying the accuracy of locations, reviewing internal systems to keep on top of deliveries, issues or concerns, whilst reporting in with members of the team with any concerns regarding any delivery locations.

To be considered for this role you must be an experienced administrator who is also confident being on the telephone, as you will actively contact internal members of staff as well as:

  • Having a working knowledge of Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience or knowledge of using: Vlookups / Pivot Tables / Conditional lists / Conditional formatting / Excel calculations
  • Experience of managing processes
  • Ability to work in a logical and methodical manner
  • Ability to use own initiative and effectively manage several tasks at one time
