Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5hours per week)

TM Scotland East Kilbride & Glasgow branch are working for a brand new client that based in Eurocentral. They are looking for someone that is highly motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Ideal candidate would be have similar experience and good IT skills. Attention to details and confidentiality are crucial in this role as will good communication with colleagues throughout the business.

What does the role look within our client as Office Admin?
  • HR Admin
  • Holiday and absence management
  • Supporting to management team in meetings and auditing
  • Involvement in the own system
  • Control of Contractors paperwork
  • Dealing with contractors and controlling maintenance and servicing
  • Issuing Health and Safety documentation to staff with company requirements
  • Administrative sales support
