We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Quality Engineer who will strive to ensure that our products meet both external and internal requirements, including customer expectations and legal compliance. Description
- Develop and implement quality control systems
- Monitor and analyse quality performance
- Inspect and test materials and products for defects
- Identify and implement improvements to production processes
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to develop product specifications
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and legal standards
- Provide technical and quality training to team members
- Handle customer complaints regarding quality
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field (beneficial)
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools
- Experienced working within Aerospace sector or Precision Engineering
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
