STEM Recruitment is seeking a Permanent Production Operative for our client based in North Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
This position is available on a permanent basis and to be successful for the role you should be able to demonstrate experience in a production environment, ideally performing assembly tasks.
The position is available on a rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm basis
Duties:
- This will involve assembling products, working from drawings and using your manual dexterity.
- Other tasks will cover packing the final product at the end of the production line and performing basic quality checks on the finished units.
Requirements:
- Experience in a production environment, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts as necessary.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
