Your new companyOur client is awell-established company looking for a Maintenance Operative tojoin their team. This role will be based across various sites, carrying out arange of general building repairs and maintenance tasks.Your new roleAs a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for:* Carrying out plannedand reactive maintenance across various sites.* Completing generalbuilding tasks, including joinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving,drainage, and plumbing.* Assisting withfacilities support, such as furniture assembly, site clearance, and keepingareas clean and tidy.* Responding toout-of-hours alarm activations when required.* Ensuring all workfollows health and safety policies, identifying hazards, and conducting riskassessments.* Workingindependently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.* Recording all workcompleted in the internal PMR system.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful inthis role, you will need:* A broad range ofmaintenance and repair skills.* The ability to workindoor and outdoor in varying conditions.* Basic IT skills(training on in-house systems will be provided).* Flexibility and theability to adapt to different tasks.* Strong teamworkingand communication skills.* A full UK drivinglicence.What you'll get in return* A competitive salaryand benefits package.* Monday-Thursday7am-5pm Friday 7am-3.30pm* A varied andhands-on role with opportunities for development.* A supportive andfriendly working environment.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
