Description

  • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances and customer complaints.

  • Perform inspections, tests, and audits on products and processes to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and optimize manufacturing processes.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality reports.

  • Assist in supplier quality management, including supplier audits and evaluation.

  • Support new product development by ensuring quality requirements are met from the design phase to production.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other industry best practices.

  • Train employees on quality standards and best practices.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a highly regulated related field.

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and SPC.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in quality assurance software, statistical analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
