Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances and customer complaints.

Perform inspections, tests, and audits on products and processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and optimize manufacturing processes.

Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality reports.

Assist in supplier quality management, including supplier audits and evaluation.

Support new product development by ensuring quality requirements are met from the design phase to production.

Ensure compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other industry best practices.

Train employees on quality standards and best practices.
Profile
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a highly regulated related field.

Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and SPC.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in quality assurance software, statistical analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
