Project Manager currently required to join a Principal contractor in Motherwell to deliver an 8 year Highways Maintenance Framework. This role would suit someone who has managed large scale Highways maintenance frameworks with projects valued between £10k - £1.5m. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Highways contractor who have secured a significant amount of work on the North Lanarkshire Highways Framework

The role will involve:
• Management of multiple teams covering commercial, planning, design and delivery
• Client facing role, attending client meetings
• Responsible for project P+L, ensuring costs are regularly monitored across the scheme
• Design management
• Overseeing and planning works for blockades
• Reviewing designs, costings and making any alterations to the programme as required

Requirements:
• Degree educated (or equivalent) in civil engineering or construction Management
• Over 3 years experience of working as a Project Manager on similar roads or highways projects
• Able to plan ahead, and ensure all project delivery requirements are in place
• Able to monitor H&S and compliance requirements in accordance with local council regulations
