Mechanical Project Manager Job Opportunity
First People Solutions is working on behalf of a top-tier Mechanical and Electrical company to find an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and manage exciting projects within the M&E and construction sector
Location: Edinburgh
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion on construction and fit out developments
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and status updates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building services engineering
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
