The Role of the Inside Sales Representative• Dealing with OEM’s & End Users.• Dealing with customer enquiries.• Processing purchase orders, following up on orders to ensure timely delivery.• Sending out quotes.• Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Person for the Inside Sales Representative• Previous experience within a sales, customer service, account management role.• An engineering qualification ideal but not essential.• Product knowledge on fasteners, Class C Components, Engineering Consumable ideal.• Intermediate excel knowledge ideal.• Problem solver with strong communication,
