Description
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes and systems for improved efficiency and cost reductions.
- Analyse current manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence strategies.
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members as needed.
- Drive process improvements and cost reductions in the manufacturing process.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Time served with 4+ years offline CNC programming of multi discipline engineering including turning, milling, utilising Edgecam software will be beneficial
- Requires in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
