BMS is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project starting in January 2025 near Motherwell Town Centre.
Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience managing construction sites, with a fit-out background being a distinct advantage.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and comfortable interacting with clients in a fast-paced environment.
While the position is initially short-term, there is potential for it to transition into a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate.
Applicants must possess a valid SMSTS and First Aid certification; interested candidates should forward their CV.

BMS require an experienced Site Manager for ongoing works commencing Jan 2025 on a Project near Motherwell Town Centre..

You will have an least 5-10 years of running Consturciton Sites with a "Fit-Out" background a distinct advantage. We also require a "Pro-Active" candidate that is comfortable dealing with the Client as this is a "fast paced" Project.

ALTHOUGH INITIALLY A "SHORT-TERM" DURATION THE CORRECT CANDIDATE COULD LEAD TO A "TEMP TO PERM" ROLE.
