Study Manager / Immunology

An opportunity to become the central member of the wider Study Team, you to specialise in the management of projects within Immunology Services with opportunities to collaborate with Biophysics, Cell Line Development and Bioanalytical teams.

You will be fully supported and guided by the Senior Study Manager and Project Lead and will get the chance to work with a business that values their employees above all else.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and executing customer studies from start to finish
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as independently managing studies
  • Discussing assay and study design with Senior Study Managers
  • Leading study team discussions
  • Document Preparation
  • Laboratory Operations
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation
  • Customer Engagement
  • Process Improvements

Person Specification

Essential skills will include:

  • A relevant degree in an immunology related area, ideally MSc or PhD level.
  • Competence in the performance and management of one or two relevant lab techniques, which include primary cell-based assays, flow cytometry and live-cell impedance-based assays
  • Previous experience with customer engagement interactions.
  • Project management experience especially overseeing multiple and complex projects in academic research or commercial environments.
  • Assay development and troubleshooting expertise.
