Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to individuals based on their needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in accessing community activities, employment, or education opportunities.
  • Encourage independence and help develop life skills.
  • Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
  • Record and report progress and any changes in needs or behavior.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, patient, and empathetic.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training provided.
  • Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
