This company are at the forefront of the sustainability, recycling and repurposing industry. They have recently purchased a new site and due to this expansion require a Supervisor to support the operation of the plant.
This role is to be the Supervisor for the plant, overseeing a small team of 4 or 5 others. You will be involved in ensuring the safe operation of the facility so a background in health and safety is essential. You will work closely with the team to operate the site and will be required to operate plant machinery such as forklifts and telehandlers at times as well as attend to any machinery breakdowns or repairs. This will be a Monday to Friday days based role and full training will be provided on the equipment range to ensure you are fully up to speed on systems.

The Role:
*Monday to Friday days role
*Leading a small team of 4 or 5 people

*Maintenance for any machinery breakdowns
The Person:
*Maintenance experience
*Plant or Recycling background
*H&S experience
*Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers and similar plant equipment
