Pertemps Industrial Division is seeking Production Operators for a large manufacturing client in Newhouse, Motherwell.
The position offers a weekly pay structure for a 41-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekends.
The pay rate starts at £11.44 during a 6-week training period and increases to £11.82 after training, with additional shift allowances and overtime pay at premium rates.
Candidates should have prior experience working to production targets and possess excellent manual dexterity and concentration skills.
Flexibility is essential as shifts may rotate, and applicants must be able to pass a criminality check.

operating machinery,
thermostats manufacturing
quality checks
packing boxes for dispatch
ensuring the quality of products are to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience of working to targets, and the ability to exceed production targets.
Excellent manual dexterity skills
A high level of concentration whilst carrying out duties.
A good level of fitness as physical work will be required.
The ability to work on your feet all day, as you will be predominantly standing for most of the shift.
