We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our accounts department. You will be working as part of a team, supporting with accounts and orders administration.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
The Position:
- Responsible for the administration of agency hours and producing a weekly usage report
- Daily reporting and addressing issues with the responsible Manager on-site
- Communicating with, and monitoring Labour Agencies
- Ensuring ethical and legal compliance for agency hours
- Provide support for accounts as and when required
- Purchase ledger and payments data entry
- Order, maintain, and complete a stock counts as required
- Holiday cover for reception responsibilities
- Holiday cover for receiving and distributing courier deliveries including monitoring, logging, and weighing all vehicles entering and leaving the site
The perfect candidate should have a:
- Positive approach in dealing with internal and external customer requests
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Confident working on their own and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle confidential data/information
- Previous accounts/payroll experience an advantage
- Attention to detail and focus to deliver exceptional results
