We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our accounts department. You will be working as part of a team, supporting with accounts and orders administration.

Working hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

The Position:

  • Responsible for the administration of agency hours and producing a weekly usage report
  • Daily reporting and addressing issues with the responsible Manager on-site
  • Communicating with, and monitoring Labour Agencies
  • Ensuring ethical and legal compliance for agency hours
  • Provide support for accounts as and when required
  • Purchase ledger and payments data entry
  • Order, maintain, and complete a stock counts as required
  • Holiday cover for reception responsibilities
  • Holiday cover for receiving and distributing courier deliveries including monitoring, logging, and weighing all vehicles entering and leaving the site

The perfect candidate should have a:

  • Positive approach in dealing with internal and external customer requests
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
  • Confident working on their own and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle confidential data/information
  • Previous accounts/payroll experience an advantage
  • Attention to detail and focus to deliver exceptional results
