We are working with a growing organisation in the Ramsgate area who are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis, in office.

You will play a crucial role in the operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily picking and packing of orders with an obsessive eye for detail and efficiency.
- Plan your day and work efficiently to meet your daily picking targets.
- Proactively support other members of the team and change your day plan to assist wider team goals.
- Strive to deliver a good customer experience by continuously focusing on picking quality and error reduction.
- Monitor consumables stock, such as packaging supplies and flag it for re-order ahead of time.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment at all times.
- Package items securely with appropriate materials and as per shipping label restrictions.
- Sort outbound shipments into correct carrier collection areas and prepare for daily collections.
- Regularly inspect and monitor products for any defects and ensure they are disposed of.
- Efficiently operate production equipment to finish patches ready for next stage of production.
- Strictly adhere to health & safety policies, standard operating procedures, staff handbook and other policies set out to you without fail.
- Progress to learning our distribution and manufacturing software systems and aspire to be promoted to this function.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Warehouse/Store Operative position.
- Willingness to learn new things, positive attitude, punctual and sociable.
- Strong common sense and resilience skills.
- Genuine desire to help people, do good and incorporate this in your work.
- Able to provide two references you are happy for us to contact, of which one must be your most recent employer.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and able to get to work each day.
- Lives within a commutable distance of the site.
