Ganymede are one of the leading suppliers of contingent labour services in the industry, our contingent labour services include the recruitment, training and workforce management of safety-critical personnel from our strategically located offices across the UK, supplying more than 1,500 onsite personnel to the rail industry across the UK.
We are looking for a Operations and Sales Manager to join our Rail team in Abercynon, Wales. This an exciting opportunity to join our team in a leadership position, managing operations for the office and maximising sales. You'll be expected to forge strong client relationships, lead delivery, and optimise operational efficiency, ensuring projects/requirements are delivered to our clients in the most effective way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and maintain key client relationships
- Oversee operational performance to meet service delivery targets
- Manage and develop a high-performing team
- Coordinate resource allocation
- Analyse and report on KPIs to maximise profitability
What You'll Need:
- Proven track record in sales and operations management in the rail sector
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a focus on results and operational excellence
- Positive approach to problem resolution
- Ability to work at pace
- Strong IT skills including includes MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
