Up to £50,000 basic salary + £5,000 car allowance, bonus scheme, 25 days annual leave (+ option to purchase more), laptop and mobile phone, pension, life assurance (3x basic salary), green emission scheme, employee assistance programme.

Ganymede are one of the leading suppliers of contingent labour services in the industry, our contingent labour services include the recruitment, training and workforce management of safety-critical personnel from our strategically located offices across the UK, supplying more than 1,500 onsite personnel to the rail industry across the UK.

We are looking for a Operations and Sales Manager to join our Rail team in Abercynon, Wales. This an exciting opportunity to join our team in a leadership position, managing operations for the office and maximising sales. You’ll be expected to forge strong client relationships, lead delivery, and optimise operational efficiency, ensuring projects/requirements are delivered to our clients in the most effective way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and maintain key client relationships
  • Oversee operational performance to meet service delivery targets
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Coordinate resource allocation
  • Analyse and report on KPIs to maximise profitability

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record in sales and operations management in the rail sector
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
