Client Relationship Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an experienced Client relationship co-ordinator  to join a thriving dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving exceptional customer service, providing the highest quality with the quickest delivery, and up-selling using our strong unique selling proposition and well-earned reputation. This role requires a focused customer service approach and consistently demonstrates excellent communication and professionalism.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle requests for quotations and follow up on backlogs, working closely with the logistics department and external warehouse.
  • Answer calls, manage general emails, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Process inbound sales calls and purchase orders received via various channels.
  • Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information required by customer via sales acknowledgment.
  • Enter and approve sales orders from customer purchase orders.
  • Recommend packaging needed on orders.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry.
  • Participate in the quality management system continuous improvement process relating to the sales function.
  • Partner with customers to address their project needs and assist in finding solutions.
  • Prepare documentation/nameplates to be shipped to customers.
  • Provide backup for other Customer Service team members during holidays or leave.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Related experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-starter, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs and work effectively with a variety of situations and personalities.
  • Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity.
