Job Title:          Administrator (Project Coordinator) Type:                Temporary Contract 6 monthsLocation:          Abercynon – office based initially then home working options    Hourly Rate:     £12.50 - £15  Hours:               37 per week (Monday-Friday)  BRC are working with a small housing association in the Rhondda valley who are looking for a Project Coordinator to join them on a temporary contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration and customer service experience to help shape the systems and processes for the organisation moving forwards.  You will also liaise closely with tenants, contractors, and internal staff to ensure that the required works and services are completed effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • You will support the property services team to improve their processes and systems for compliance related work.
  • You will help track progress against compliance targets using the system and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in completing the backlog of compliance certification and regularly review the process of uploading these documents.
  • This role will help to develop a clear operational process plan for future administration duties for the organisation.
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors where necessary.
 The successful candidate will have:
  1. Providing administrative support, ideally within a maintenance department.
  2. Customer service experience.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  4. Ability to work on your own initiative in pressured situations and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to retrieve information, check facts and details and absorb information quickly.
 Additional Information:
  • Social housing experience is desirable.
  • Equipment and training of the systems will be provided.
  • Must be available immediately or within 1 week!
