- You will support the property services team to improve their processes and systems for compliance related work.
- You will help track progress against compliance targets using the system and spreadsheets.
- Assist in completing the backlog of compliance certification and regularly review the process of uploading these documents.
- This role will help to develop a clear operational process plan for future administration duties for the organisation.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors where necessary.
- Providing administrative support, ideally within a maintenance department.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work on your own initiative in pressured situations and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to retrieve information, check facts and details and absorb information quickly.
- Social housing experience is desirable.
- Equipment and training of the systems will be provided.
- Must be available immediately or within 1 week!
