Moxie People has partnered with a Social Housing provider based in South Wales in their search for a Scheme Manager. The role would see you managing a Sheltered Accommodation project in the RCT area, providing support and guidance to tenants to help them in their journey towards living independent lives.
The Scheme Manager role is initially being offered on a temporary 3 month basis.
the role- Scheme Manager
- Welcome new tenants to their home, introducing them to the facilities available at the scheme and guiding them through signing the Tenancy Agreement and other required documentation.
- Oversee the maintenance of communal areas and grounds, promptly reporting any concerns to the Supported Housing Officer.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting tenants with tenancy-related queries and assisting in all aspects of housing management to enhance their experience and sustain positive engagement.
- Foster positive and supportive relationships with tenants, prioritizing their well-being through regular engagement and check-ins.

About you:
- Previous experience supporting tenants within sheltered accommodation projects
- The ability to deal with tenants in an empathetic, understanding manner
- A desire to support individuals on their journey to self sufficiency and independence
- Experience and understanding of facilities management and relevant H&S considerations
