  • Supporting individuals to participate in activities both on and offsite including bowling, swimming, nature walks, library visits, sports, cooking and sensory groups
  • Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care where needed
  • Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date
