Site manager role in Market Drayton, TF9 4DJ developing new build traditional homes. Building 2/3/4/5 new build traditional homes. We are requiring a highly experience and determined site manager to help the project in Market Drayton fulfil expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with well-established building organisations, developing excellent family homes.

Hours per week: 45

Duration: Long term

Qualifactions/experience required:

-Requires 5+ years experience as a manger working on residential developments, traditional build

-Must have SMSTS, first aid, CSCS is optional

-Experience with new build housing (traditional build)

Duties required:

delivering projects within a time frame and budget

Co-ordinating deliveries

Facing challenges on a day to day basis correctly

Effective Health and Safety Management

Ensuring quality checks are always conducted
