As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase orders and raising queries.
Data entry.
Maintain and organise office files and records, both electronic and physical.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be reliable.
Must be a driver and be able to commute to Muir of Ord.
