- Workdays: Thursday to Monday (flexible days available, weekends required).
- Start Times: Between 05:00 - 06:00, offering a predictable routine.
?? Role Overview:
- Partner with a driver’s mates to collect waste across Edinburgh.
- Operate weighbridge systems, conduct vehicle checks, and follow efficient, safe routes.
- Temp-to-perm position: Begin with a 12-week probationary period via Driver Hire, with the potential for permanent placement.
- Licence: Valid Category C (HGV2).
- Certificates: Current CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- Driving Record: Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, CD, or IN endorsements).
- Experience: Previous driving experience is beneficial.
- Monday - Friday: £14.50 per hour
- Overtime & Saturdays: £19.99 per hour
- Sundays: £21.75 per hour
