We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician to join aprofessional Facilities Management team, covering Newbridge and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for both reactive and scheduled electrical maintenance across multiple commercial properties. Your primary focus will be diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to ensure smooth and safe operations at all times.

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

  • Electrical Maintenance – Perform scheduled and emergency electrical maintenance on commercial properties, ensuring all electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting are operating efficiently.

  • Accurate Record Keeping – Maintain detailed records through our advanced computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).

  • Fault Diagnosis & Repair – Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults quickly while maintaining safety standards.

  • Client Communication – Work alongside clients to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 17th or 18th Edition Qualification – Essential for electrical installation.

  • Experience in Facilities Management/Building Services – Preferred experience in these sectors.

  • Apprenticeship Certification – Must hold an SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

  • Full UK Driving License – Required for this mobile role, as you'll be traveling between sites.
