A fast-growing logistics team in Ipswich is seeking a motivated Administrator (Logistics) to join their friendly team.
Candidates should have a couple of years of office experience and strong administrative skills, with a desire for long-term career growth.
The role involves managing shipment files, completing import customs declarations, and supporting invoicing and communication with clients and partners.
A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience, along with full training, career progression opportunities, and additional benefits.
The position is office-based, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Administrator (Logistics) to join our clients friendly team in Ipswich.

If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience working in an office environment, strong admin skills, and a desire to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

Office based, Monday to Friday 09.00 -17.30

What does it involve?

Managing shipment files through the customs process
Completing import customs declarations
Handling and checking key documentation
Communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams
Supporting with invoicing, queries, and port health checks

About you:

Office experience and strong admin skills
A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
Great communication and teamwork
Customs or shipping knowledge is a bonus – not essential
Confident with Word, Excel (Cargowise experience a plus!)
