What a wonderful role. Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to look after this lovely, hard-working and experienced team.

Day to day duties will be:
- Management of the recruitment team with coaching, 121s, reviews and appraisals
- Train and develop your team to keep service quality high
- Ensuring compliance standards across the team
- Input into improving and streamlining practices
- Oversee advertising campaigns, research develop strategies to increase candidate flow
- Work collaboratively across departments and share knowledge

You must be a solid recruitment team manager, proactive, and resourceful as well as professional and approachable with all staff. Ideally, you will know about safeguarding legislation and some work experience within social work/care and an understanding of safer recruitment processes.
