In this role you will be responsible for electrical maintenance to site machinery, fault finding of site machinery, following and carrying out PPM schedules, as well as other general maintenance duties to site machinery.

This role would suit an Electrical Engineer from a manufacturing or heavy industrial or similar background with either an HND/HNC or City and Guilds or equivalent in electrical engineering, looking for a position at a well-established timber manufacturer with overtime potential and industry leading training.

The Shift

  • 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 4 on, 3 off- Repeat
  • 10-hour shifts alternating between 2 weeks 6:30 AM- 6:30 PM and weekend work 1 in 3 weeks 4:30 PM- 4:30 AM

The Role

  • Maintaining and repairing site machinery
  • Planned and reactive maintenance to site machinery
  • Completion of PPM schedules
