Cleaning Supervisor

2pm-11pm, or 3pm-12pm or night shifts (can be flexible with preferred hours)

2 breaks throughout shift- 1x 15 minutes, 1x 20 minutes

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor to manage 2 others based in Nairn. As a cleaning supervisor you will be responsible for the following:

Cleaning Operations & Oversight: Plan, manage, and execute hygiene schedules for equipment, factory environment (floors, walls, ceilings), and oversee hygiene operatives' tasks, ensuring compliance with cleaning procedures and standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain hygiene documentation, investigate swab failures, address non-conformances, and ensure adherence to BRCGS standards, customer codes, and Health & Safety policies.

Essential Criteria:

Experience working in a hygiene role (within dairy or food related industry would be desirable)
Intermediate Food Hygiene
Knowledge of BRC standards and food safety
