Why do we want you?
As an Online Customer Support Coordinator for Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, you’ll be responsible for managing learner assessments, issuing course certificates, maintaining e-learning records, and providing administrative support for enrolments and customer queries.
This role ensures efficient course completion processing, accurate database updates, and responsive support to clients and delegates.

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Respond to learner submissions, record assessments, and update tracking systems.
- Process certificates for completed courses, update learner status, and prepare documentation for dispatch.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning inbox, updating relevant information in spreadsheets and databases.
- Enrol new delegates, set up client accounts, and handle new department configurations.
- Answer queries, monitor delegate progress, and assist colleagues during periods of leave or absence.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have / be:
- Experience and knowledge with working on Online Learning provision
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Excellent word-processing skills.
- Attention to detail – accuracy.
- Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated.
- Strong initiative and ability to work to tight deadlines and fluctuating workload.
- Excellent English skills both written / verbal.
- Team player in addition to ability to work unsupervised.
- Customer focused and excellent telephone manner.
To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:
- Previous experience working in a training company
