Job Purpose- Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Lead fieldwork, supervising junior team members and ensuring efficient delivery of audits
- Prepare financial statements and review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Take full ownership of assignments, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Prepare detailed reports for Director review
- Use tools such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks effectively
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, encouraging professional development
- Build strong relationships with clients, handling queries proactively
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to offer additional services
