Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support my clients renewal and sales service. This role involves renewing products, upselling promotional items, and providing customer support for end consumers.

This dynamic position requires experienced contact center advisors who excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident, proactive, and target-driven, with a positive attitude. An outgoing approach, understanding of customer needs, and flexibility are essential.

Summary of Role:

  • Handle a high volume of sales calls on behalf of clients
  • Utilize various channels to support the customer sales journey
  • Upsell promotional items for clients
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Assist with customer inquiries and redirect general inquiries to relevant departments
  • Provide professional follow-up service
  • Confidently handle objections and solve problems
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Previous experience in B2C telemarketing, telesales, or telephone support (preferred)
  • Good general computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in selling products or services to customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
